Delivery

We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This page explains how and when we ship, and what delivery costs.

Dispatch times

We aim to get your order out as fast as possible, but dispatch may take up to 5 business days from when your order is placed (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The delivery estimates below are in addition to this dispatch time and begin once your order has been handed to Royal Mail.

Where we ship

The rates shown below apply to mainland UK addresses only. For non-mainland UK destinations -- such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and other remote areas -- and for any international destinations, delivery costs and times may differ. Where delivery to your address is available, the applicable rate will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery options and rates (mainland UK)

All of our services are fully tracked. You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

Signature services require a signature on delivery for added security. Delivery times are Royal Mail estimates and are not guaranteed; the rate available to you is always confirmed at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll provide tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Lost or damaged parcels

Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at contact@shinylabs.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more detail, see our Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
